TownePlace Suites by Marriott Detroit Auburn Hills

Long story short, after being sent away from the Hampton Inn down the road because of our services dogs (Both my wife and I are Diabled Veterans). We needed to find new lodging while visiting family. The front desk clerk Sush was amazing. Very empathetic to the situation, very clam and personalable. The hotel has everything that we wanted and needed. Rooms and facilities are clean and the place respects ADA rules. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when we come to visit family again!

I enjoyed the stay at TownePlace suits. The staff was friendly. The kitchen was a nice touch. although, as I stayed solo I didn’t use it much. The shower pressure was so nice! I did have an issue with noise from the guests staying above me the second night and feel the staff tried to help as best they could. The housekeepers spent time folding towels in heart shapes and leaving little stickers around the room. I’d come back!

This was a very nice hotel. We had a little kitchenette, full size fridge. The only issue we had the time we were there is they didn't clean the room which means no clean towels so had to get some from the front desk. Also while we were there the smoke alarms went off at 3am which was not great, but I er all a really nice hotel They have a pool/hot tub, gym and breakfast ever morning.

Good location, quiet, room was very clean, great water pressure, nice staff. I leave a note for house keeping for paper towels, and kitchen towels and none were left, but cash tip was gone.

God….LET ME tell you ALL ABOUT HOW AEWSOME JUNE AND SUSMITA are! It was the Thursday before my wedding and the previous hotel canceled my room and my guests room. My wedding was this passed Halloween. Now panic hurt and crying. I’m calling around all of Auburn Hills trying to find a hotel that had rooms available for me and my guest. One of my bridesmaids called this very hotel and spoke with June. June was so kind and polite. She spoke with my bridesmaid and said I got you guys which she did. She managed to get us rooms help us out and discount the prices. Her key behind her was also nothing but great and beautiful they managed to offer the lounge for us to have our rehearsal dinner. We did clean up. They were kind they showed pure hospitality. They live and breathe good quality customer service. When I say, I was crying so hard, June hugged me and told me she was going to make sure everything was all right. And I never doubted her. She was opening. She was understanding. she deserves a raise! I will always recommend this hotel, especially since I stayed two hours away if I ever come back to the area, I will definitely be staying here because they made me feel like i was at home, although i was away from home. Please if corporate reads this, please give them ladies the best appreciation and employees of the year! Well deserved. Also regarding the hotel. It was beautiful and cozy. Communication was on point and everything ran smoothly.

I’ve been here three times in the last six months on business. Each time the hotel has been consistently pleasant. The front desk staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are probably some of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are reasonably comfortable. I appreciate the little flourishes the staff put in the room such as cute folded towels in shapes. I would especially like to compliment the lady who handles the breakfast. She is so friendly and attentive, her hospitality is fantastic! The location is great for easy access to the mall and restaurants (the usual chains mostly). It’s the only hotel in the area that I’ll use.

Very clean breakfast is fabulous my house flooded. The staff is almost like talking to your friend opposed to an employee other company of Marriott very nice to my daughter

This place has always been amazing to sit your bags down. Whenever im in town, this is the place I stay. Wonderful guest service, lovely rooms, and nearby so many great places to visit while in town. Top Golf, huge outlet mall, dozens of restaurants of every cuisine all within a few miles of this place.
